Kesha is the founder, Executive Director and Chairman of Precious Babies, Inc. Kesha is a Registered Nurse, licensed by the state of Texas. She has a strong passion to affect the lives of young teens through formidable therapeutic relationships. Kesha recognized the need for an entity such as Precious Babies while attending various clinical rotations in nursing school, particularly, Community Health Nursing. She immediately grew fascinated with the idea of working directly with young women to aid and equip them with the skills needed in decision-making as well as building and reinforcing positive self-esteem as it pertains to their overall health. After further study of the statistics and driving factors, she also became equally interested in addressing the often overlooked needs of teen fathers and the need to take measurable steps toward preventing teen pregnancy. As Chairman and Executive Director, Kesha is primarily responsible for the strategic direction of PB, Inc. She is currently a nurse in an established local hospital. Thus, her past and present experiences have equipped her with the unique skill set needed to successfully assess the present situations and produce feasible solutions.
